Our locations of choice
You will find your ideal plot to spend your summer with more than 100 sites with all services (electricity – 50 A, water and sewers).
Regular season, May to October
Our seasonal sites are available for five months at 2,300 $. The regular season runs from Victoria Day in May to Thanksgiving in October.
Your land is available from May to October. Your electricity consumption and taxes are not taken into account. Each seasonal worker pays their share of electricity according to their consumption.
Extended season, from April to November
We also have sites with an extended period that starts as early as April until November to enjoy it for 7 months. Prices range from 3,100$ to 3,550$ depending on the site.
Taxes and your electricity consumption are not included. Each seasonal worker pays their share of electricity according to their consumption.
What is included in all our seasonal lots
- You can access all our activities and all our facilities.
- Basic internet access via wifi is free throughout the campsite.
- We maintain the lawn on your site.
- You will have the possibility to leave your equipment on site throughout the winter.
Renewal
Seasonal workers who wish to renew can do so until August 31 each year. Subsequently, seasonal workers who renew their rental contract have priority in choosing another free site if they wish.
Payment methods
Payment begins with a deposit of 500 $ upon signing the contract and the balance is divided into three (3) payments on November 30, January 31 and March 31.
Age of equipment
Your equipment must not be more than 15 years old to be seasonal.
