We are located in a picturesque setting in the heart of nature in Saint-Romain, halfway between Montreal and Quebec in Estrie, just an hour from Sherbrooke.

Come and enjoy a meal that will honor our famous recipes of yesteryear, while being revisited to modern tastes with a bring-your-own-drinks formula.

Everyone is unanimous, we love homemade vinaigrettes, sauces, ketchups and marinades (all made with maple syrup). She also gives pride of place to several local products from the region in her boutique “la bouilleuse” located in the maple sap evaporation room.
