Since 2017, we have been working to implement sustainable development measures and are committed to continuing to improve in the coming years. We believe that such a commitment is a necessity in the management of today's businesses for a better economic, social and environmental future. The On s'engage en développement durable (OSEDD) certification recognizes businesses, organizations, institutions and other types of organizations located in Quebec that are seriously and proactively committed to integrating sustainable development (SD) into their management, by taking actions aimed at the continuous improvement of their business practices on social, environmental and economic issues. It is offered and managed entirely by the ADDERE Service-conseil organization, whose mission is to promote and integrate sustainable development into organizations. To ensure an objective and transparent recognition process, ADDERE mandates a qualified and independent auditor, who is part of the evaluation committee, to evaluate the applications received. The OSEDD certification allows us to implement an effective organizational structure to ensure the gradual integration of SD and the evaluation of our social and environmental performance in our internal management. In addition, it gives us access to communication tools to promote our commitments and achievements. This certification also acts as a springboard for organizations that eventually wish to obtain internationally recognized certifications, which are verified by a third party, but which are more complex to obtain.
