RECEPTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTENDANT Schedule: Full-time (35 to 40 hours/week) for June, July and August plus weekends in May, September and October. Rotating schedule so as not to always work weekends in the summer with 4 days on and 2 days off. Duties: Provide exemplary customer service by managing reservations, arrivals and departures of campers. Use computer systems for reservations, site access, Wi-Fi, Escape Game entries and convenience store management (sales, inventory, stocking displays, keeping the convenience store clean). Inform customers about the region's activities and tourist attractions. Salary: From 16 $ / h and maybe more depending on your experience Ideally: You will be at least 16 years old in the summer. You are fluent in English. You know the attractions of the region. You know how to demonstrate professionalism and offer outstanding customer service. You enjoy teamwork and have a sense of responsibility. LIFEGUARD Schedule: Full-time (40 h/week) for June, July and August plus weekends at the beginning of June and September. Rotating schedule so as not to always work weekends in the summer with 4 days on and 2 days off. Duties: Ensure the safety of swimmers. Enforce pool rules. Maintain the pool and its enclosure. Salary: 18 $ / h Requirements: Hold at least a Bronze Cross certificate issued by the Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada dating back no more than 2 years and be at least 16 years old.
